REGISTRATION PROCEDURE:

1. Submit Participant Questionnaire
2. Register online for Kids Create!
3. After registering, apply for financing options through the Rutgers Federal Credit Union.

4. Complete required medical forms and return via Certified Mail.

Students who have not submitted required health forms by the health from deadline will not be allowed to participate in camps.  Please see below on this page for more information.

NOTE: students may purchase health insurance from Rutgers University Risk Management at the time of registration. Cost is $70/week. Please email Ms. Dana Wilson (dw538@mgsa.rutgers.edu) to inform her if you plan to purchase health insurance.

 ELIGIBILITY & FEES

Session Dates:
  • Session I: July 30–August 3, 2018
  • Session II: August 6–10, 2018
  • Session III: August 13-17, 2018
    Class curriculum varies from week to week.  Students are invited to attend multiple sessions.  Multiple session discounts are available.

Registration for the Kids Create! camp opens December 15, 2017.

Registration & health form deadlines are as follows:

  • Session I: registration deadline: July 18, 2018; health forms are due by July 25, 2018
  • Session II: registration deadline is July 25, 2018; health forms are due by August 1, 2018
  • Session III: registration deadline is August 1, 2018; health forms are due by August 8, 2018

Applications will be considered on a case-by-case basis following the close of registration.

 

Eligibility: Children entering grades k-8.
Camp Hours: Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–4:30 p.m. Early drop-off – 8 a.m.; aftercare available until 5:30 p.m.
Tuition: $500 per session (multiple session enrollment discount available – add a second or third session and save $100 on the added sessions).
Fees (additional to tuition) for optional services:
Early-drop-off (8 a.m.): $50/week
Aftercare (5:30 p.m. pickup): $50/week
Student health insurance provided by United Health Care via Rutgers University Risk Management: $70/week.

Early Bird Discount – 10% (ends April 1, 2018)*
RU Faculty & Staff 10% discount*
Sibling discount* – enroll a sibling and receive $50 off per session both children are enrolled.
Refer a friend discount*
Multiple session discount* – $100 off of tuition for each additional session you add.  Thus:  first session tuition is $500; add a second session for $400; add a third session for $400.  Students may choose to attend any combination of sessions.

FINANCING & LOANS

The Rutgers Federal Credit Union has financing options available for continuing education and summer programs!
